What plan were you under when you were with Aspiration Hosting? Was it a Cloud Server as well? What amount of RAM were you allocated with? Also, did you try to work with them on the slowness issue?

One thing to point out is Aspiration Hosting uses LiteSpeed Web Server which is a very resource efficient web server and that may be one of the contributing factor to the lower RAM usage when compared to your server with SiteGround.

Hello @Umair

Can you check your site mode? is that production mode? if not then change to production mode.
