You may want to consider self managed VPS . 

I am planning to move my site , although still in its development phase to inmotion hosting self managed vps. 

currently hosting on self managed VPS with hostripples and i don't recommend them for Magento 1x or 2x . 

inmotion vps that im interested in is vps 1000

Centos 7 

4 gig ram 

3 dedicated IP address 

Unlocked CPU. 

you need to install Centos Web panel , and configure all the facet of server yoursefl , but that should take few hours. 

or they will install Cpanel for you , but i think there is monthly fee of 20$ for Cpanel itself .
