Thanks for sharing the information.
Could you please perform below Magento commands one by one on your instance.
- rm -rf pub/static/frontend
- rm -rf var/cache/
- Remove generated/
- Remove var/page_cache
- Remove var/view_preprocessed
- Run php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
Also Please confirm your Magento instance is in Developer mode or Production mode. ?
If this is on some server. can you please share with me the link to the website.

Hi @foysal,
Yes, your file location is correct. I was not aware of codazone theme.
Generally we have folder structure as
app/design/frontend/theme-vendor/theme-name/web
But you were having one extra folder in the path that is why I want to confirm with you the structure first.
For checking the mode please run below command
php bin/magento deploy:mode:show

Thanks @Nishu Jindal . I changed code of fixed_css.css CSS file. I put below code in it.
body { background-color: red; }
and run below commands.
php bin/magento setup:upgrade php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
But if I browse the code in fixed_css.css using ctrl + u I found previous code like below.
.search-hearder-main.row { justify-content: center !important; }
