Banner placed as link instead of image

Hello, simple question here. I've uploaded two banners but one is only showing the link instead of the image. I've been trying to fix this for two hours now but I can't find the problem. Can anybody help me? You can see it on this website: https://www.francienskattenshop.com/

Did you uploaded the both images in the same way?

For some reason the url's are different (I guess there is an issue with the second image).

Maybe you need to refresh cache for blocks?

All the images are uploaded in the same way.

I have 3 webshops, and they all have this problem:

The last one even shows both banners as a link instead of an image. I really don't get it

I always change banners in the same way.

Hi Damian,

To be honest... I am not sure. I couldn't figure it out so we contacted the company that build our websites. They fixed it. It has something to do with de description of the images, that is what I understood.
