Checkout sign up button design issue

Hello,

Under the checkout when enterring the address there is a bug the "sign in" button is on the right side. 

see the bellow picture, how can this be fixed?

They do two different things. 

The Sign In button on the right side pops down a login form under it when you click on it.

The email address field on the left side, under Shipping Address once populated will check to see if you are a registered user, if you are it will show the password field below it and allow you to login.  If you are not logged in, it's just the email address associated with the order.
