Enter code and place on invoice when order over £200

I'm new to Magento so please forgive my ignorance. 

When placing an order over £200 I'd like a prompt box to appear so I can enter a value. This value doesn't have to validated, but i do need it printed on the invoice.  Can Magento or a third party app do this?

I have several shops around the UK. Each shop will be given a value to enter eg LondonEast, CardiffWest. If someone orders in LondonEast and it's over £200 then a box should appear and I should enter LondonEast.  LondonEast should also be inserted onto the invoice.

I think that I understand your request but isn't a feature of Magento out-of-the-box.

Sounds like a very custom request for your store. Maybe you can find something for Magento 1 on Magento Connect but it seems unlikely for Magento 2 (at least at this time).
