Have options available changed based on a customers first selection

Let's say I have a bundle listing that includes a shirt in two styles, with and without a collar

Is there a way to create a bundle type listing where when selecting item they would first choose "Collar" or "no collar" and then the next section from a dropdown it would show them size available options for the collar type they selected?

By utilizing the Configuration product feature, you can effectively manage the options that change based on a customer's initial selection.

To achieve this, start by creating two attributes, namely color, and size. Once the attributes are in place, proceed to create configurable products, incorporating these attributes. Consequently, upon visiting the product detail page, customers will be presented with two options, allowing them to customize their selection according to their preferences.
