Hi - We have several categories of products that have a left side (a) and right side (b). Both (a) and (b) have the same attribute value sets so let's say ABC and XYZ. When we setup our products, we setup (a) and (b) as separate attributes to allow for menu filtering. The problem we have is that if we choose to setup the product as ABC for (a) and XYZ for (b) so that the product is ABC-XYZ then when customers use the menu to filter for the reverse configuration XYZ-ABC or (b)-(a), no products show in the resulting filter. Has anyone encountered this issue before and, if so, any suggestions for resolving? Thank you.
