I would to know how can i display discount breakdown and also show shipping discount after shipping cost instead of grouping all discount together in order summary (Refer to the image below).

Actually $20 is coupon discount and $0.75 is 15% Shipping discount. Actually $20 is coupon discount and $0.75 is 15% Shipping discount.
