I'm looking for Vietnamese language pack of Magento 2 but still can't find it.

Anybody knows whether or not it exists?

If you know good pack, please let me know!

I'm starting to contribute to the translation. Is there anyway I can use the incomplete translation while We're finishing it? Could some one point me to the right direction as I am new to this. Thanks!
