Magento 2 theme changing header size(above limit)

Magento 2 theme changing header size(above limit)

So i am slightly editing the Magento 2 theme.

But i notice there is a limit as to how big the header can be.

 

Is there a way to change this?
Since at the maximum i am still having trouble reading the text in the header.
