Make search an exact match only

In 2.3.0, how can I set the front-end search to show Exact Matches only? 

I have a site which has movie titles and if I search for STAR WARS for example, the results show everything which has STAR and WARS in the titles (and content)

Hello RustyIngles,

actually there is no possibility to get only accurate search results using a default magento search engine, but you can try "sphinx" ( a 3-d party search engine ) which allows you to see the "exact matches only", after adjusting a particular setting in configuration. MageWorx also have a "Search suite" extension which works based on "sphinx". Also the extension itself includes a list of useful search features, so you can try this out.

I purchased extension of "MageWorx" but this extension is not working,
Even I open a support ticket it take 15 days and nothing is done site.
They ask extra money for solving issue.
DON'T PURCHASE THIS EXTENSION.
