Merge product tabs

Hi,

I currently have Magento running version 2.1.0 , I am using the Porto theme. 

What I am trying to do:

On the product page, I have a section which contains 3 tabs, one More information (Containing the product description) and one More details (Containing product Attributes) and one Reviews.

I need to merge the two tabs, More information and More details, so that they share one tab. So instead of 3 tabs I have two. 

Can someone point me in the right direction, in order to do this?
