My Account layout problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the My Account pages. Alle the pages from the My account menu are shown below the menu, the are in the main column but the page title and following text is shown under the left menu in the main column.

I have been seraching the xml files but cannot find where there is something wrong.

Anyone having a hint for me where to search?
