New product widget and "current date"

Hi all,

I created a "Catalog Products List" widget in the back-end. In the "Widget Options" I can select several conditions.

Now I want to show all the products with the attribute "NEW = Yes" and "Set Product as New to Date" equals or less than ...... And here I want the "Current date"!!!! The only problem is that I can only choose a date with a datepicker.

So can anyone help me with the right code?
