Noob needs help with custom page

Hi, I have just installed Magento2 and am now currently trying to add in new custom made PHP pages. I have been looking around but have not found any solution. 

There are 3 main questions I want to ask.

Firstly, will it load properly if I add the php content into the html pages in the admin content panel? If not how do I implement the php content?

Secondly, how do I load resources (images) into the pages?

Thirdly, how do I load the CSS files into the php pages?

Please help!!!
