Replace Excl. TAX with Excl. VAT

Hi,

In my country we use VAT not tax. now in front-end it is showing excl. tax before the price.

unfortunately, I still didn't find a solution.

If someday I manage to find a solution I will post here. and if in the meantime you find one I appreciated if you let me know
