SSH Via GoDaddy - Troubles

Did a search, can't find anything. 

I am running a fresh install of 2.3 on a GoDaddy Linux server. 

I have uploaded a new theme via FTP and am at the point of logging in via SSH. 

I have generated a SSH key via GoDaddy cPanel, and entered it into the manual section on Putty. But it is not connecting. Keeps saying Host key did not appear in manually configured list. 

Has anyone successfully used SSH via GoDaddy host , if so can you walk me through it quickly?

There are 2 things while generating ssh key pair.

You need to confirm, you are getting ppk converted private key by entering passphrase.

If not, you need to use puttygen to generate private key ppk.
