Wanted: Recommendations for a fast and lightweight Magento 2 theme

Hi all, can anyone recommend a Magento 2 theme? It should be dedicated Magento 2, light weight, fast and easy to adjust. Please reply only if you have developer experience with a particular theme.

For Fast and Lightweight Magento 2 Theme, From My Suggestion based on working magento 2,

You have  to create your own custom theme based on your requirements based on parent luma or blank theme.

-- Pros:

You have to keep only required code for related to your project.

You can easily customize  some changes in your theme for future if you want in later so its saves the time .

-- Cons.

 You have to do all customization from scratch.

There are many Premium themes are available in market but all theme have different functionality and all have so much extra functionality which are not needed for some project, Also customization in premium theme takes some time for new user.
