can some one help me been racking my brain. I want the table to be where the content is and content where the table is how can i do this? I asked the theme builder and all i got from them was is was a custom and has to to with form.

Your store with maintenance mode is enbale first you need to disable maintenance mode using command line,

php bin/magento maintenance:disable

use Page Builder for product attributes

The Page Builder module is compatible with all product attribute fields that use an input of type text. If your module creates a custom product attribute as a feature, you can change the input of that attribute to Page Builder.
