magento 2 ver. 2.1.3 Category not showing up in nav

have a problem with magento 2 iv created some Category witch are not showing up on the nav iv cleen all Cache and run a reindex add test proudects to the category and steal no luck

Is the "Include in Menu" setting set to "Yes"? Please look at the following screenshot:
