theme not showing.

@luke_mersh yes it is your choice to make your parent theme as luma or blank.

am i missing files?

I have a parent directory named PixelPro inside there is anoth folder named ThemePro and inside i have the 2 core files 'theme.xml' and 'registration.php' and 'composer.json'

am i missing any core files?

i have the right path: app/design/frontend/Magento/PixelPro

what am i missing??

@luke_mersh you have to create your PixelPro inside frontend not inside Magento.

your path will be app/design/frontend/PixelPro/ThemePro

PixelPro is inside Magento, ( Magento being <vendor>), no?
