HI there,
Orders are collected by a fulfillment center - (collection - working as expected) - recently shipped orders are not updating the order status to Complete and remain set to Processing. a shipment is being created and the tracking number added - this is not been sent to customer by email. Orders remain with status of Processing .
This issue started a month or two back - we have now upgraded to Magento 2.4.7 -p3 .
Any help will be appreciated.

The order status only changes to Complete when all items are shipped.
We are not sure if the API runs and makes all items shipped.
You can check the order and the shipment in the admin order.
Or you can log the event sales_order_shipment_save_after.
