Adding repeater to custom widget Magento\Config\Model\Config\Backend\Serialized

Hi is it possible to add 

Magento\Config\Model\Config\Backend\Serialized
 
on a custom widget? I wanted to create a custom image slider but using a widget with image uploader and repeater.
 
Please let me know the rules on how to put them . Thanks
