Adminpanel can not working after change developer css setting

hello all

i have update the default configuration for Stores > Configuration > Advanced > Developer > CSS Settings settings:
Merge CSS Files => No i change the value to set Yes and then click on save

after save the adminpanel is now working the blank screen i get

front end is working properly i clear all cache delete var/tmp folder and reagin deploy static content still admin not working

so can you please let me know the database table name in which table it save the changes so i can reset to value as no and then check again

hello all i solved the issue by doing folllowing step

dev/css/merge_css_files

0

 go to database core config data table and search merge_css_file in path colum and set value 1 to 0 and then clear the cache and re deploy static content it will work

i have face a this problame due to i try to integrate my custom css into frontend
