After login shipping module showing Please specify a shipping method at the time of payment

Hi 

 

Please help me. I have created a custom shipping module by using below tutorial https://magenticians.com/create-magento-2-shipping-module-method/ & payment method is  authorize.net every thing working fine but after customer login when customer go to checkout page and fill card details below error is showing 

 

 main.CRITICAL: Please specify a shipping method. {"exception":"[object] (Magento\\Framework\\Exception\\LocalizedException(code: 0): Please specify a shipping method. at /public_html/dev/vendor/magento/module-quote/Model/QuoteValidator.php:100)"} []

 

Please suggest me where is the issue?
