Auto add free Product

Hi.

I'm looking for a solution where magento automatically can add a free product to certain products.

It's not for an promotion, it's something that is needed when using the product but it need to separate. It's need to be on the packing slip or else they will forget to pack it.

Maybe there is an extension but I don't know what it is called.

I think you can use the checkout_cart_add_product_complete event, which fires after the product added to cart successfully.
