Best Way to Implement Favorite Products List for Regular Customer?

I apologize if this is the wrong section, but I have asked this question in other sections of this site as well as on two other Magento forums and have yet to receive a single reply in over a week...so I'm trying again.

The majority of our customers are not very tech savy.  They have trouble with even basic website functions and need to be able to order the same or similar items every week or so quickly.  

What is the best way for me to assign certain products to specific customers so they can quickly purchase them? Like a favorites list. Should I just rename the wishlist and use that? Or is there a better way to achieve this? Ideally I'd like them to be able to go to one page where all their regular items are listed and be able to input how many of each they want and then go directly to the checkout.

This is for Magento 2.1.5
