Cart-items.html - Need HTML error fixer

Using Magento 2.3.3, order summary shows fine BUT errors show in file.  Please tell me how to fix. 

Also PLEASE recommend a html program that will not only highlight the errors but FIX it.  For example,  Thanks.

you can use PHPStrome it has all the features

Magento also has a plugin for that 

so in short it's the best you can get.
