Changing the order of grand total and taxes in the...

Hi,

I'm having a bit of hard time trying to change the order items table shown in the order confirmation so that tax row shows below the grand total. Any tips how to make this happen? Thanks!

By default magento showing tax and then grand total, have you did any customization?
