Compare and Wishlist Option don't show even though products selected

Greetings,

How do I get Compare and Wishlist to show?

Compare and Wishlists options do not show even when products selected so customers cannot view their Wishlist or Compare items.  

Message for Wishlist has no link to view list.  "Moimoi (Bean Pockets) - VEGAN - Hotmeals has been added to your Wish List. Click here to continue shopping."

However, I can view compare products by clicking on link shown on last item added. "You added product Fufu (Plantain Flour) to the comparison list."

Kindly check your extension System Configuration from backend. any options are available for display Compare and Wishlist option?
Also hover over the image in product page and check any icon available for comlare and Wishlist?

Confirm for you explicitly hide options or not using css?
