Custom Contact Form

Hi guys,

I would like to add a Select option in the contact form where customers can choose what types of issues and email will be sent according to the type. 

In the Select options, there will be multiple types such as General Inquiry, Sales, Warranty, Wholesale, etc. Each type will have a different email address.

How can I customize this?
