Customize User Registration form fields

Hi,

I am using magento 2.0.2.

I wanted to know if there are any extensions available for customizing the fields of user registration form. I wanted to add the user address details and some more custom fields to the registration form. I also wanted a mobile sms OTP verification during registration. 

If there are no extensions which will let me achieve my goal, can i please know which files to change in magento installation so that I achieve desired results?
