Date of Birth in modifying account is empty

Hello,
in the process of changing a user account field Date of Birth is always empty, even after you save the date of birth correctly (ie I see on the administrative side in client management), this is not displayed on the front.
You may depend on what?

administrative side I set this field to "Required", in fact the field is displayed but not the content, attaching two screen, the first front side, and the second for administration
