Decimal Qty Increments

I'd like Magento 2 to allow decimal increments, when inventory set to decimals. I can set the minimum qty to be 0.25 - but Magento 2 will not allow 0.25 decimal qty increments. Can you advise on a manual code change if this is not a mistake?
