Downloadable Product - Links: Add custom attribute/input field

Hello

I'm looking for an extension or other way to add a custom attribute to the download links of a downloadable product.

I have to add custom id for the downloads and if I just add a product attribute the problem is, that the order of the links can change and so there is no workaround I know of.

I'm thankful for any hit.
