Hello,
After migrating Magento 1 orders to Magento 2. I cannot change the orders anymore. They are set to "processing" and when trying to ship it shows error (in exception.log):
main.CRITICAL: Payment model name is not provided in config! {"exception":"[object] (UnexpectedValueException(code: 0): Payment model name is not provided in config! at /data/web/magento2/vendor/magento/module-payment/Helper/Data.php:111)"}
Please tell me if you know a solution. Thanks in advance!
