Force number of items in cart before checkout

In my current Magento 1 webshop I have a customization that only allow checkout when the cart contains multiples of 6 (6, 12, 18 etc).

Can I configure this in Magento 2 by default or do I need a custom plugin to enable this?

Hi @ron273 

You can set minimum quantity "6" in store configuration under catalog section or in product edit settings as well.
