Grandtotal and Tax order

where or how can I change this order?

Why is tax between Grandtotal?
Grand Total (Incl.Tax) and GrandTotal (Excl.Tax) are to be followed by Tax

Grand Total (Excl.Tax)
Grand Total (Incl.Tax)
Tax

You can change the sequence of the different element from Admin

 

System->Configuration->Sales->Checkout Total Sort Order
