Hide Product to particular Customer Magento 2

Hi,

How can I hide the some products to particular customer ? I don't want to hide the product from webshop only from selected customers. By default Magento provides this features ? If not any solution/extension for that ?

As per I know out of the box Magento does not provide this feature. But I am using this extension for my one of webshop and its working well and I am really happy for this.
