How do i use the Magento Migration Tool?

How do i use the Magento Migration tool found here: https://github.com/magento/code-migration

I want to convert Inchoo Social plugin found here: https://github.com/Marko-M/Inchoo_SocialConnect which is used with Magento 1.9 but i need it for Magento 2.0.
