How to Edit/Add Inputs or Text Areas at Checkout Page

Hello, I'm trying to add or edit a Text Area Field on my checkout page, like a comment or an OBS field and remove some useless field too. Where I can make these changes/updates?

Ok, but how to add Text Area Box? input text, or checkboxes already explained in this link above, but I'm trying to make text area.

I really dunno the tag, or input name to make this exactly i need.

I need to edit these fields below(at checkout and payments form). Because i dont need all this stuff displayed on my business
