How to get my system.xml fields to show at store view

Hi,

im trying to get my system.xml setup fields to display at store view.

it displays perfectly at admin/dashboard level but as soon as i checkout it does not display.

any guidance?

also not understand what do you mean by checkout. do you mean save values ?
