How to set multiple Flat rates deliveries in Magento 2?

Hello, I need to set few Flat rates delivery modules. How can I achieve this, because now in the administration I have only 1, but I need for different countries, different prices and curiers?

by default there is no option to set country wise flat rate shipping methods.

but there are couple of third party extension available , to achieve this.
