Is there an established way to migrate from Enterprise Edition v1 to Open Source v2?

Currently I run a Magento Enterprise site, version 1.14. We'd like to move to Magento 2, but since we don't use any of the Enterprise features, we'd like to switch to the Open Source (Community) edition. Is it possible to go from Magento Enterprise v1 to Magento Open Source v2?
