Mage2Gen is a Magento 2 module creator. It enables the Magento Community to generate new modules rapidly. It speeds up the amount of modules available for Magento 2. A variety of components, such as; controllers, models, block, template documents, pluging (the new rewrites), observer, console scripts and product attributes can be generated with Mage2Gen.
A user can save generated modules and come back later to add a component that he or she has forgotten.
Mage2Gen is an initiative from developers of Experius. The basic code for the generator is Open Source, meaning that anyone in the community can edit, expand or improve it.
Mage2Gen is mend to save time when creating new modules, in order to speed up the amount of modules available for Magento 2 and to encourage innovation for newer functionalities. Furthermore, Experius hopes that Mage2Gen aids developers to improve their code and helps them to learn more about Magento 2.
