Hi,
I have used Magento 2.3.5 version. I faced problem at checkout page in new address form.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Logged into account
2) Add product to cart and going to checkout page
3) Have already saved shipping addresses
4) Enter new shipping address by clicking through 'New Address' button and save that address and click 'Ship Here'
5) Now 'New Address' button disappears and saved address having edit link. - https://nimb.ws/eCkit8
6) Now checking some other pages rather than do place order and visit checkout page again.
7) Now last saved address shows with 'edit' link. 'New Address' button also showing.

8) If we click 'New Address' button last saved address showing inside the popup form.
Expected workflow:
- New address button won't show when we go through some other pages after save one new address or
- New address form always shows as empty not showing previously saved address.
This problem exists by default in Magento version 2.3.5. Please help us to solve this issue.
