Magento 2.4.7 Order Attribute

Hi All,

I have created a custom order attribute and used for sales_order_after_save event. Admin order creation page has the data in phtml but after submit the create order button the custom attribute value is not coming in the observer function.

Hey,

phtml data not pass at order creation level in the file OrderSaveAfter.php put the log what data you get in the observer file if you get that data than it save properly in order attribute.

if you have created a custom order attribute and it is not being saved after submitting the Create Order button in the Admin, the issue might be related to the following:

• Ensure the Attribute is Added to the Admin Order Creation Form
• To check if the custom attribute is part of the form data, use browser developer tools (Network tab) to inspect the POST request and confirm if the custom attribute is being sent.
