Problem:
I want to make cash on delivery only available for specific city.
Solution attempts/debugging:
I have seen a number of articles on How to Enable/Disable COD based on city and not on countries?
or Do not show cash on delivery methods for some specific cities
but i cant find function filterpaymentmethod in Magento 2.
Questions
How to make COD method only appear on specific city? Which file should i edit?
