Magento 2 qty available in creating order is different than product actual qty

Qty available while creating Shipment is different than QTY in Stock -there is no stock reservation for this sku ref. to salable QTY

The Sable quantity is decreased at the time of order placed. so you can see the quantity on the order page but not as sable quantity.
